Who we are

With George is a community-based service designed to support young people with special needs in building confidence, independence, and meaningful connections through real-life experiences.

We focus on creating engaging, supportive group environments where participants can develop essential life skills while genuinely enjoying themselves.

This isn't just about activities it's about preparing for life beyond school.

How we started

With George was created from something simple: noticing a gap that shouldn't exist.

After finishing high school, Georgia stepped into a new chapter of life filled with freedom, independence, and connection. It was a time of being out with friends, trying new things, and building confidence through everyday experiences.

But at the same time, she saw something that didn't sit right.

Her brother like many young people with additional needs wasn't experiencing that same transition. While school provided structure and support, what came after felt unclear. The pathway from school into independence, community, and adulthood wasn't as supported as it should be.

And that's where With George began.

How we hire

At With George, we want to create a young, fun and social environment where participants feel that their carers are truly relatable, approachable, and able to build genuine friendships.

We carefully select team members who bring positive energy, kindness, and a natural ability to connect. It's not just about experience it's about having the right attitude, showing initiative, and creating moments that feel inclusive, engaging, and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Our team is made up of people who are patient, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping others grow in confidence and independence while still having fun along the way.
